These Terms & Conditions apply to all car rental services provided by Early Leisure.

1. Rental Requirements

• Minimum driver age: 21

• Valid driver’s license required

• Security deposit required (refundable upon return)

2. Booking & Payment

• Payment can be made via credit/debit card or other approved methods

• Bookings are subject to vehicle availability

• Prices may vary based on duration, vehicle type, and location

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee

4. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was rented

• Renters are responsible for any damages, fines, or toll violations

• No smoking or illegal activity allowed in the vehicle

5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance is included; premium options available

• Renters may be liable for costs not covered by insurance

6. Fuel Policy

• Cars are provided with a full tank and must be returned the same

• Refueling charges may apply otherwise

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service means you accept any changes.
